The Practical Nursing Diploma program at Brightwood College also formerly known as Kaplan College in Indianapolis combines classroom instruction with practical, hands-on training in both laboratory and clinical settings. Graduates of the Practical Nursing program learn to provide basic patient care, give injections and perform routine laboratory tests. Applicants must satisfy all admissions requirements as outlined in the school catalog before being accepted into the program. An applicant must submit all paperwork the school requests along with completed financial aid forms before acceptance is official. Most students receive financial aid packages, which include grants, loans, work-study and sometimes need-based scholarships to help finance their education. Marion Community School of Practical Nursing

The Marion Community School of Practical Nursing in Marion, Indiana is a full-time Practical Nursing program that extends over a 12-month period.
