Free CNA Training in Spring Valley, New Jersey

Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is inviting compassionate and motivated individuals to join its team as Resident Assistants (RAs). This opportunity includes a free training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

The facility is currently hiring Full-Time Resident Assistants for day shifts (7am–3pm or 8am–4pm), including every other weekend.

Walk-In Interviews:

Candidates are welcome to visit Monday–Thursday, 10am–4pm — no appointment necessary.

Position Overview

The Resident Assistant supports the nursing staff by assisting residents with non-clinical needs that enhance their comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life. Resident Assistants play a key role in maintaining a warm and supportive environment within the facility.

Those who successfully complete the role requirements are eligible to enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program. After graduation and passing the Prometric CNA Exam, participants transition into a full-time CNA position at Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

• High School Diploma or GED
