The Citadel of Bourbonnais, a long-term skilled nursing care provider, is currently seeking applicants for its Free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program with Guaranteed Employment. As part of their commitment to providing quality care, the facility believes that having a strong and well-trained staff is crucial.
Successful applicants will be employed as Certified Nursing Assistance In Training until they complete the requirements for becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The Citadel of Bourbonnais will provide personal training to ensure that candidates become part of one of the leading nursing facilities in the area.
To be eligible for the program, applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with seniors, have excellent work ethics, be able to work collaboratively with the nursing team, have a clean background, be at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma or GED. All employees and students must also be COVID vaccinated.
The program includes free CNA classes, free books required for the CNA class, preparation for the State of Illinois CNA Exam, and a CNA position upon completion.
