Ideal candidates are passionate about helping others and eager to learn. This is an on-the-job training program, and participants should be available to work every other weekend as well as select weekday shifts in addition to attending scheduled classes.
The program will begin on October 28, 2025 and will meet twice each week from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Although classroom and clinical hours are unpaid, the training experience provided is valued at more than $1,000.
All required vaccinations, onboarding materials, and employment documents must be submitted at least two weeks before the class start date.
Program and Workplace Highlights
Participants will receive paid meal and break times, weekly pay through the Paylocity app, and all textbooks, workbooks, and examination fees will be covered. The facility provides free parking in a well-lit lot and is located in a secure building with badge access. The campus sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access from I-195.
The organization uses fully electronic medical records through Matrix Care and offers ongoing opportunities for professional growth. Participants may have the chance to serve as a unit CNA or activities CNA and can access continuing education courses and medication aide training when available.
Staff members enjoy a pleasant and welcoming workplace with modern amenities, including a massage chair, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with free coffee available for staff and residents. The environment encourages teamwork, learning, and personal development.
Position Information
This role is available as both full-time and part-time employment. Employees are expected to work at least twelve hours per week. The pay rate is up to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

Location and Requirements
This position is based in Warren, Rhode Island. Candidates must be able to relocate prior to starting employment. Work is conducted in person at the facility.
