Northside’s CNA School is a fully funded career development program that equips participants with the training and credentials needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Program Overview
Northside’s CNA School is authorized by the state and completely sponsored by Northside Hospital. The curriculum includes extensive classroom instruction paired with practical clinical experience. Graduates will be prepared to take Georgia’s CNA certification exam. The program operates at any of the five Northside campuses (subject to seat availability):

The primary campus for instruction is in Atlanta, but employment opportunities may be available across all five campuses, depending on organizational needs. Upon successful completion, participants will sit for Georgia’s CNA licensing exam. After certification, graduates will enter an 8-week Patient Care Technician (PCT) internship and eventually transition into a full-time Patient Care Tech role in the department to which they are assigned.
The program spans 18 days and is offered monthly from the Atlanta campus, with subsequent work placement possible at any of Northside’s sites.
